Dear NIS America fans and customers, It has come to our attention that there are some issues with the video quality of Toradora! Volume 1 Premium Edition and PERSONA - trinity soul - Volume 1 Premium Edition. After investigating these issues, we have come to the conclusion that we have to take serious action on this matter. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you might have had with Toradora! And PERSONA -trinity soul- . We are very disappointed because we hold ourselves to a very high standard with regard to the quality of all our products. As these were our first anime titles we took extra care during each step of the localization and manufacturing process, but still fell short of our customers’ expectations. Ultimately, our customers’ satisfaction is of the highest importance to us and we have decided to correct these issues with the Toradora! and PERSONA discs. We will re-master the Toradora! and PERSONA discs and distribute them to our fans and customers who wish to have the revised discs. To make the process of redistributing the new discs faster and easier, we have prepared an anime disc request form. Please fill out the form below to receive the revised discs. These revised discs will be provided free of charge. We will get to work on this immediately, however it will take a while to re-master both Toradora! and PERSONA - trinity soul -.
