What should I do if my product is defective or damaged?
If your product is defective or damaged, please return the entire product to the store you purchased from according to their store policy.
If you purchased from NISA online store and your purchase is still covered by the limited ninety (90) day warranty, you may return the entire product (including the box and manual, if applicable) along with your receipt or order confirmation to the following address, we will be happy to replace your item. Once we have examined your damaged product, we will send your replacement at our discretion.

I pre-ordered one of your games but didn't receive the bonus item. Can you send me one?
We are very sorry that you did not receive the bonus item with your pre-order of one of our games. We do our best to provide the retailers with enough bonus items to match their pre-orders. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the distribution of bonus items to the individual retail locations. The only place where we have control over the inclusion of all appropriate pre-order bonus items is our online store. We recommend that you speak with the store manager of your local retailer to find out about getting your bonus items. If you did pre-order from the NIS America online store and still did not receive your bonus item, please contact us at support@nisamerica.com and let us know. As long as supplies last, we will do our best to send you the bonus items.
Is there a strategy guide for Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana?
The only strategy guide for Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana is the Mini-Strategy Guide that may be found online in the Members' Section of our website.
Do your new games have the special label seal on the top?
Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana and Makai Kingdom: Chronicles of the Sacred Tome do not have the special label seal at the top of the game box.
What should I do if the figures that I ordered online came with missing or broken parts?
If your figures came with missing or broken parts, please contact us at support@nisamerica.com with your order number and which parts are missing or damaged. We will do our best to locate and send these parts to you.
Does the NIS America online store accept debit cards?
We accept debit cards as long as there is a "Visa" or "Master Card" logo on the front.
Does the NIS America online store ship outside the U.S.?
Unfortunately, we only ship our products within the U.S. and Canada.
Which carrier does the NIS America online store use to ship products?
For orders within the U.S., customers can choose either UPS 2-day delivery or UPS ground. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii who choose UPS ground, and all orders to Canada are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
Are you going to sell NIS game soundtracks on the online store?
There is a good chance that NIS game soundtracks may become available at our online store for the games that were released in North America. You can post your ideas and vote on Pram's Wish List to increase the likelihood of having soundtracks become available.
How can I edit my NIS America member information/unsubscribe from the mailing list?
To edit your registered information or unsubscribe from the mailing list, simply click the link bellow. After you enter your user ID and password, please click "Change". Now, you will need to enter your new information that you want to register with. Change User's Information
