PBWii :'(

Am I alone in being really sad that the Wii re-release of Phantom Brave did not, and is not getting released in europe? :/

I e-mailed to ask a little while ago and got this rather cut'n'paste sounding response;
Hello! Thank you for asking us these burning questions from the UK. At this
point in time, our EU branch is still growing its roots, so to speak, so at
this point in time we will not be able to bring those titles overseas. The
future has not been determined yet, so in time, this may change. As of right
now, however, we have no solid plans to bring either game to the UK. Thanks
again for all your support and we hope you'll continue to do so as we grow
more and more!

(Note: it says "either game" as I was also asking about Atelier Annie)

Phantom Brave is my favourite of the NIS games released on PS2, And I was really looking forward to the prospect of a Wii version with new bits.

It makes me sad :v
Or am I just the only one who feels that way :'(

If only the Wii were region-free like the ps3.

Yes, I know the DS is region free, I was just enquiring.

And I do not think it should be necessary to hack my Wii just to play a game :/

You should do it anyway. :P Screw Nintendo. If you pay for a game, you should have the right to be able to play it.

I took my Wii to some guy who downloaded this program on it that lets you load a disc despite its region, and it's the best decision I have ever made.
I no longer need to worry about that region locking bullcrap.

I did do it :v
Its simple enough to do. Imported PBWii ages ago, before the PSP game was known about.
Which I then imported too (gotta have a box D: )... hurray for region free devices :v

I was actually kinda pissed about the PSP port.

Not because it's always region free(I mean, I don't have that problem anymore with my wii anyway) but because it apparently has even MORE extra stuff. D: Though, I'm not gonna buy the same game twice.
