I think she's meant to be an adult/Majin version of Hanako who's humanoid instead of monster.

Should be live on the store any minute now, store updates take place on wednesdays now, 15:00-ish used to be the usual time.

As for Hanako, she's a version of Hanako who is older, In her human form, having taken after Etna.
(She has the Sexy Beam attack and such)
Should be fun.

It's basically her as she would be a few years after the games events.
