How Much DLC Do You Purchase?

I buy them all, it can get really repetitive in this game, so any sort of distraction is welcomed. So far all the DLC for D4 look good too.

I don't buy any DLC, no matter how epic or meaningful it is. I usually just wait till the inevitable rereleases of the NIS games anyways (Afternoon of Darkness, Dark Hero Days, Hermuda Triangle, etc...

If D3 AoD has DLC what do you think will be on there? Since Pirohiko is in D4 I kind of want him in there along with Tyrant Val and Krichevscoy. The is other DLC I would like to but I can discuss that later if I feel the need to.

I buy All the main characters Adell Roz, Mao ect and tend to avoid side characters unless they were usefull somewhat

i tend to buy all dlc for games i get.....i got horse armor for oblivion. resently got d3 for ps3 so when i hit post ill buy the 50 buck pack. i think 4 i may get all of it.

I bought everything for D3 and will buy everything for D4. I do buy most DLC as long as the price is within reason.

None so far. I have Disgaea 4, and I would buy dlc if it was more substantial. I want something that will last me at least a couple hours. So far, all they offer is characters and I think stuff like Holt Village for little money. That is fine, and I might buy roz just because she is more fun then my regular sniper, but I would really be interested in something that adds more.

Make a new story that takes place over 3 chapters and introduces at least two new characters. One a hero that joins your party at the beginning, and the other a villain that you get to use after you beat him in the end. It would cost more $ but that's cool because it offers more new stuff.

I think they are going to do something like this with Fuka and Desco but not sure.

I'd take more content packs like this instead of individual characters.

I don't usually buy DLC. I don't feel it'd be worth bothering over in the long run.

I buy DLC if there is a bundle containing all of it at a reduced overall price, and simply mark it off mentally as an "expansion pack."

Alternatively, I pick and choose only what I want, and typically only if it is on sale or something.

There is a Fuka/Desco based Scenario to be released, just as there was the Beryl scenario for Disgaea 3.

I buy all the dlc in the case of these games because I WANT all of the DLC for these games.
Other games I will pick and choose, but I can't not have it all for NIS titles.

Though I am in europe, so for now, theres only HD Asagi availale for disgaea 4 anyway :/

I was late getting Disgaea 3, but as a result was able to grab the complete set instead of buying the dlc individually.

Which does make me contemplate just waiting till all of the Disgaea 4 dlc is out to see if they do a complete set rather than buying it individually.

I usually only purchase DLC characters (Such as Pram, Marona, etc) and game modes if they have them. I end up putting off "extra" chapters like the raspberyl mode in D3 until I completely forget about them.

I don't really care for the custom pirate ships in D4.

The only DLC i got for Disgaea 3 was some of the characters. I bought Adell, Rozalin, Gig, Revya, and Pram. If i play again, i'm thinking i'll pick up Zetta to go along with Pram.

I dont have Disgaea 4 yet. but when i get it, i'll probably get Adell and Rozalin again, seeing how they're my favorite characters of the series, but thats probably just because i started with Disgaea 2 instead of 1. ANd i'll probably get Gig, Pram and Zetta too. i might get the holt village and evil academy classroom DLCs.

But i'd say, other than characters, the only thing i know i'm going to get is the Laharl Kaiser V. that looks awesome. altohugh, its too bad they gave laharl his own ship, mao his own ship, but not adell.

Usually I don't buy DLC so I can save money. As most of the DLC are just bonus characters which won't last me. However, I may buy the extra story modes cause I'm really interested in them.

1, Additional challenges and tough fights.
2, New Storylines or Playmodes. - More king of the hill, that is staying on through several fights (my favorite type) and thinking maps are needed
3, Characters I have enjoyed previously.

I guess most of it , but I wouldn't ever pay for a bundle just to get a boss fight I didn't have. Happy to see the additional options for player content getting in, but I haven't messed with that much yet, as the options are fairly limited for maps.
