It's still 10 billion but the character must be hostile or neutral towards you. Class World dropouts will work.

Quick question. Does anybody know who the two new characters are voiced by? Or could make a guess? I can't find it anywhere... actually... I can't find anything about the AoD-specific scenarios online...
