Except characters from Disgaea 4 I wonder what the new content will be in the Disgaea 3 port... Almaz mode maybe?

So looks like we are on the same page...and personally, I'd enjoy an Almaz mode

And yeah, D4 characters are bound to be in it, and maybe a few features from D4, but that's about it

It will also have DLC I'm sure

I'm fine with DLC, I just dislike when you have to pay for obvious on-disc ones. I'll pay it if it means real extra gameplay/story content, though. Not something minor like a weapon.

Well yeah...I don't pay for weapon or stat packs, unless it's for a company that I wanna support as much as possibly, like NISA

Ports are made so that they can make a quick buck to actually develop those new IPs, just lighten up a bit

Thats really not how it works. And theres no evidence why nis japan does it.

and nis japan hasnt done a new ip this entire gen aside from zhp

Woops, I meant new games, be it another Disgaea, or a sequel to something...they need funds to develop, so let me use it as an excuse, if you don't want the ports, don't buy them, but I really don't think they'd keep releasing ports if people didn't enjoy em

Ask anyone working at nis america they are sick to death of them and dont hide there mal content.

And they got funds to develop based on disgaea 4. The ports dont sell at all, not even in japan. They might make "slight" profit. And I am being kind

Well luckily, NIS America works on other games as well, NIS Japan...yeah

I'm not supporting constant ports, I'm just saying that it's fine if I like the game (PB and Disgaea)...though PB was a little overkill with 2 ports, as was D1

1 port is fine...2+ is pushing it

Ive heard that the biggest reason nis japan isnt in the red anymore is because of nis america doing other stuff like gust

I dunno if they would have lasted this long to be perfectly honest...seeing as they get a lot of their fans through non-NIS as well

And yeah, I have a feeling that NIS America is what helped them get out of the red, with D4 helping a bit...

The only reason they got out of the red was

1) disgaea 4 (A new game)
2) nis america who localizes ( new games)
