So yea, it's just been announced that there will be a K-on! visual novel type game (or so I predict) coming on in the future for the DS. Now I must say, I loved the anime, and I sorta fangasmed when I heard that YENPress was translating the manga. And now that a game has been announced I am ecstatic .
So come on NISA YOU GOTTA BRING THIS GAME OVER! PLEEEEEEEEEASE!

Lol like I said its a good request... like 7th dragon, the tales games, and maybe even luminous arc 3 (if atlus doesnt localize this I am boycotting them), are all better requests to localize.

Heh, that could have been said of a number of properties in the past, but its always good to get them aware of what's out there, regardless of their plans. Any form of consideration means there's a chance, however small.

But really, I could give you a list of games that couldn't have been done 5 years ago, and now have official stateside releases, so hope is never lost.

(On another note, this game will never see the light of day in the US, I agree... )

I would definitely buy this game but wish someone would localize the anime with all 26 episodes plus OVAs.

Sorry but do you understand how many animes have rpg counterparts that are never localzied? ITs like 99 percent minus (dbz, bleach, one piece).

I was referring to fact that games like these are bound to happen at some point, I wasn't talking about a particular series.

To all the people saying it'll never happen, why are you all not thinking.

I'll have you know that there was one point when your precious Disgaea was not even going to be released in the US. Sony US had a policy which restricted ALL 2-d games from coming stateside, but Atlus somehow convinced them to release this game in the US, and look at it, it was a hit!

Plus it would be smart to release K-on! in the US, it may not be noticeable from a normal viewpoint, but K-on! has quite a big fanbase in US, and the fact that it would attract the fans alone to buy it, would definitely guarantee sales. Plus if anybody hasn't taken notice from Capcom and Atlus, Visual novels are becoming extremely popular in the US.

^ This is an anime game we are talking about here. Naruto, dbz, and one piece are the only ones that will be released thats it.
