Fate/Extra is actually a Marvelous title to be precise. Imageepoch just helped with it.

Imagepoch was the developer, Marvelous was the publisher. I don't know which of both has the game's license.

Because of NISA's recent annoucement I had given up on Fate/Extra being released. This news makes me very, very happy.
