sega holds on to its properties

Sakura Wars So Long My love says otherwise.

Either way I hope NIS does this, they most likely can't unfortunately.

Sakura Wars is more related to Red Entertainment than Sega itself.

Indeed, Valkyria Chronicles was originally created by Sega, so they very much own it, although they did outsource 3's production to someone else instead of developing it internally like with the previous two.

And that's a shame, because it's a Media.Vision game.

Sega owns the franchise wholesale and created it.

However Red Entertainment does the series licensing along with Sega.

NISA was given the rights to license it here from both Red and Sega.To put it simply Sega doesn't often license its games to others but Sakura Wars was an exception.

They did however make the Wild ARMs series, so I already know I'm a fan. 8-)

Exactly, it could be way better than the second game for all we know.

I was mostly just stating my bias.
Although they do seem to do well with ensemble casts. :D

Maybe Media.Vision can also re-release it on the PS Vita.

Final Fantasy TYPE ZERO was said to have extra functionality with the PS VITA by the game developers on eurogamer, so if square enix was smart they'd release the game digitally for the psp and physically on the VITA because it'd be less pirated and easier to use on the VITA a bit.

I know for fact ff type zero is getting localized physically for vita in a kind of international edition. Even 1up slipped the beans a little and said the same thing.

Its a badly kept secret
