I love otome and Atelier games so I'd love to see it brought over. I heard Hakuouki did really good. I picked it up and enjoyed it! Hopefully Aksys will release more visual novels and spark some more interest in them.

As far as i can see they didn't even mentioned anything about it =_= I am really wondering about that since hakoukie sold like 50% more than any other of theire games .... >> so strange? right? why dont they get theire hands on more games????

As far as seen it took 3 years to get the number of 100k+ !!!!! and our 60k+ just 5 months!! and in japan they dooo loooooooads of merchandising like hakuoki happenings and stuff! while we didn't had any! sooooo i would say the western market iiiiis! ripe enough for otome games to enter! BUT REALLY I WANT REAL ONCE XD LIKE hakuoki! THANK YOU OTOMATE! <3~

I signed up to support the localization of Atelier Elkrone as well.

I hope NISA decides to give this one a shot. Hakuoki's success shows that there is a market for English Otome Games.

I just bought PSP recently just to play Hakuoki and it turned out to be a worthy game! We need more english otome games! Look at here http://www.otome-games.com/index.php/42 ... -localized, there's so many people who wish this game to be localized in english. I will also post to vocalize my support for an Atelier Elkrone translation to English. I'd never heard of otome games until Hakuoki, but I have since grown addicted. I loved the Atelier series and have purchased all of the PS3 games. I would definitely love to see Elkrone in whatever format they're willing to release it in.

With Tecmo-Koei's acquisition of Gust, and Aksys' recent string of licensing otome games... everyone might be better off asking Aksys for this, really. I wouldn't mind seeing this come over myself.

That's a snowball of licenses now. Idea Factory, Gust and now Tecmo Koei.

Yeah, now that Tecmo Koei owns Gust, any future titles coming from Gust would have to go through them. So there really isn't any option for us to get this game at this point. Sorry guys

NISA had two years to get this game, if they didn't do it before, I doubt that Tecmo Koei is the reason the company is not doing the game.
