There's absolutely no way to get stuck in the game luckily, but you are stuck looping the same week until you beat it.

Also, have you had the chance to pick up any amulets? You probably already know of the 3 - 4 most important ones. They're pricey for your early runs, but definitely worth the investment in the long run.

I just hope you aren't using your favorite character first. It kind of hurts to see your favorite get a bad ending. XD
