At least they have for me. One of my orders my debit card mysteriously didn't work. I use this same card for all my purchases off and online. They only time I have a problem is when I try to go over my daily limited which persona was the only thing charged to it that day and it's no where near my limit. I have also used the same card at the NISA store once before and there was no issue. When I received the email I called them and the guy on the phone tried it again and he said there was an unknown error. It was not declined which would have happened if I went over my daily limited. They had no reason why it had an error and they said they would get back to me, but never did. I really wasn't expecting them to, but it would have been nice.
So the next purchase I made sure to use paypal. But of course the shipping was off. So I had to send them another payment.
I also had the issue with having two accounts because of the switch from rosenqueen to the nisa store. However I don't know where the second one came from. There was no points on it even though I did order from rosenqueen, Those points where added in the one I always sign into. So when I couldn't see my order they said it was in the other one. However I don't even know how to sign into the other one and when I ordered my item I had all the points from before so I know I was in the right one. So I think when they changed the order they put it back in the wrong one. They did combine my two accounts so it shouldn't happen again.
So now I hope that all the errors and problems are behind us, but it does seem like the incorrect shipping is still an issue.
And there is like zero chance of their anime being affected by thier sale right?
