Well, at least YOU have a chance of getting an ending that you want. I was basically a sheep going to the slaughter with this series. I had no clue what sort of writer this Urobochi (sp?) person was. I'm not sure whether I should watch these movies. I think I'll just wait till you guys have seen them, and then decide whether it's a good idea. Not sure I could make it mentally through another round of that series. Plus, I dont' really care for Homura. What she went through was very sad and all, but I just don't care much for her in the end, compared to two other characters. And I really do not care for Madoka, or Mami.

I won't say we'll be getting what you DO want, I'm saying that we'll get something probably roughly the same. That's how these anime-into-movies deals just tend to work. I know for certain what I want won't be happening, though.

I'm expecting something like...
First Movie/Second Movie: In-Depth look at different loops Moemura's been through.
Second/First Movie: Sped up run down of the anime, all through Homura's perspective.
Third Movie: Final world antics.

Personally, I love how much the English trailer lies to us about the true nature of this anime. I can imagine some little 5 year old wanting to see this when it comes out in English next year because they think it is so cute, happy, and wonderful. Then episode 3 comes up, where we que the screaming little girl running to her mom out of fright.

I'm so evil sometimes. But that's what makes Madoka so great, how it looks cute and happy on the outside but has a much darker story.

Nope. Just pointing out how you take away some of the things that what made Madoka what it was and there really won't be anything differentiating it from any other magical girl series, except maybe the animation and music.
