What are you currently watching?

I've heard of Blassreiter and Ah! My Goddess before. Are they worth checking out?

AMG is one of my all-time favorite franchises, absolutely worth watching. The TV series is easily the best, but the old OVAs are also very good, the Mini-Goddesses side series is fun as well. The movie is decent, but not as good.

Blassreiter is iffy. On one hand, the animation is great, and the plot is interesting. On the other hand I can't get invested in the characters because

AMG is also classic, in the good sense... and as I understand it, the manga is still running. o.o And it had a lot of volumes out when I started as a fan (which was awhile ago, before the big boom). You should definitely give it a look. ^^

That ending...I'm happier thinking that the ending song and the scene after that didn't happened and that Yuzuru regreting Kaede's departure could not manage to leave that realm for all eternity and pretty much took her place as student counsil president/guide of the lost souls/angel.

I was initially looking forward to Steins;Gate, because of all the praise the VN gets. However, I couldn't get interested after watching the first episode. Though, I see the anime getting mentioned a lot, so I may have to give it another try once the series finishes airing in a few weeks.

I've also been re-watching several movies in 1080p to enjoy them on my new big screen. Recently finished The Disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi and 5 Centimeters Per Second for all that cloud porn.

Watching the Marvel/Madhouse Iron-Man anime adaption, pretty good so far. Madhouse is such a great studio, such nice animation, side they don't get more love.

These days i am watching The Flame of Recca Anime show. Its pretty good one.

Watched a few eps of School Days, its kind of bad so I may not finish it.
First episode of Hanasaku Iroha, I pretty much hate every single character except the main, so this needs a turnaround quick.

Finished up Blassreiter, Kiddy Girl-and, and Happiness. Blassreiter was pretty decent all the way through. KG-a had only one thing going for it the whole first half (Q-fueille), but picked up alot after. Happiness was pretty mediocre, except for the ova episode which was actually pretty funny.

Looking at rewatching Grenadier, Angel Beats, and Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls soon, since I just got the discs for them.

I finished Steins;Gate, Denpa Onna and Usagi Drop. Right now I'm only following Nichijou. I'm waiting for Ika Musume 2 and Persona 4.
