I read their forums pretty much never and typically only read their news/look up voice actors. Hey, I won a copy of Burst Angel on Blu-ray through one of their random contests, so they can't be quite that bad :X

I'unno. I think it depends on the subject. Personally, I think the forum was right to criticize the guy who writes the gaming column when he dismissed Katawa Shoujo as a creepy, fetish-pandering game before playing it (since, y'know, it's not). So I wouldn't say they're always wrong.

And Zac was totally right that Moretsu Pirates is probably the best show this season. o wo

Well that stemmed from an editor being the one exhibiting those behaviors. When it comes to opinions, ANN tends to be like the IGN of anime.

I don't watch the previews though. I really don't care to know what's going to happen next. Like someone else said, I know I'm watching the next episode, I don't need a preview to convince me of that.

Episode 8 was great ~

Still no 'action' but I like how the show plays out every episode. It really isn't bothering me that we've yet to see any real fights yet.

That is likely going to cause a problem later on though. Them being ordered to take out anyone else who's searching for it. Really reeks of some sort of royal conspiracy. The way they kept on saying 'the palace is fine', was really suspicious...
