Final Boss Help, Dood?!

I've beaten every boss in this game. Everyone: Priere, Etna, Baal, Prinny Baal, Pram, Deity, Mustard, etc.
But no matter how hard I try, I can't beat Asagi War's final boss!
Asagi Kurosuji (I think that's her name) is THE hardest thing ever. I'm out of every weapon except the random junk, and (though the first half of the fight is soooooo easy) she kills me RIGHT before I kill her EVERY time. Did anyone find a way to get past this boss (not on baby mode) and do they have any pointers they could give me?

Hrmm.. I remember her being ANNOYING, but not as impossible as the final boss of the first game... and still easier than Galaxy Etna.. I just kept bouncing around on those notes, attack her every chance i get, and as soon as the meter was full, special attack.
