Well here's something that NISA said on their facebook to one of the fans.

So I'm assuming that they don't charge right away :O...

Lots of fans, yes, but: How many of these fans want a limited bonus? Despite how many JRPGers are collectors and love extra trinkets, not everyone does. Or, maybe they want to get it from Gamestop/aren't able to order off the store? Etc etc.

It's that way with collector's editions of any game. Of course, depending on the item, some go faster than others. Rorona went REALLY fast! ZHP and its sticker however, is still up.

Of course, with free domestic shipping, it helps bring in even MORE numbers to the store (many being reluctant in doing so because of that).

like I posted in another thread YAY!! My APO is in Cali so I was able to get free shipping! Got it in before the 1000 packs sold out too. Stupid exercise killing my pre-order fastness

i have a confirmantion of the debt on my card but on pay-pal says pending... i dont get it lol

I am in the US and my shipping was $15. I did pre-order before the free shipping announcement though. Hopefully they subtract it prior to shipping? /shrug

It will say Pending until your order ships and NISA actually collects the money.

Yay for being myself and driving myself into a near-panic, only to realize "Oh hey! Duh. It'll stay pending until the order ships, meaning my bank account is fine, it just shows less money than is really there!" I need to calm down. xD
