Language and premium?

Hello, Did the US version and the PAL version will have French language.
And does there will be a premium edition in europe?

I very want preorder bonus and limited editions with the artbook , but if there is not french, that will be a little bit hard to understand quickly (likes trinity universe) and I will need to buy a import psn card for pay the dlc :/.

But I can do anything just for the artbook

I may have been misleading with my first post. If you pre-order the game you'll get the artbook, it's the poker cards that are the exclusive "premium" edition.

And yeah; you'll need a PSN card for whatever region you order the game from. I don't know how costly US cards are overseas, but this game really drains your wallet with dlc. I spent a fortune on dlc from the Japanese store...and I didn't even buy everything I wanted...
