Hopefully Noire's spinoff comes before a Neptune 3...

Assuming they even make a third game in the "main" series instead of branching in all sorts of spin-offs to make each game different.

You do know it's Gust that is focusing on games like that, NOT Compile Heart, correct?

it would be SUCH A WASTE as mobile phone. Even the developers and publishers would realize the source of their success is thanks to PS3/console, so that's the community and market they should continue to focus on. I don't mind Noire's adventure being Neptunia 3, that in fact makes it more likely to be a quality rpg and perhaps even surpass its predecessors. Would be awesome if it plays like Megaman Legends (with leader switch option) or at least the field areas, you can jump and have more vertical exploration like MML. Also large cast of female villains like Senran Kagura. I think HN now is kind of searching for a winning formula. HN1 concentrated on retro RPGs, Mk2 focused on more advanced jrpgs. Maybe HN3 could have a good spin. To me the best formulas that have massive potential are: Megaman 1-10 style but in 3-D, Megaman Legends style with Senran Kagura type villains, or Mk2 style with co-op, If they make the next one an SRPG I would soooo facepalm. >.>

Well seeing as Neptune/Neptunia seems to be one of CH's most popular series, chances are, if another one DOES come out, it will remain on a Playstation console, depending on when they make it...though who knows if it will be a "numbered" game, or a "spin-off"

dont worry, the chances of that are 0. if they do, they lose a lot of their fanbase as not every ps3 owner will get a vita

also, those who wish to play the game using the vita could always use the feature which lets them play ps3 games through the vita

Maybe do the next main series title on he ps3 and do a spin off on the psvita, kind of like Disgaea and the Prinny games.

moving to Vita would result kind of like Disgaea,

they tried to sell new Disgaeas on portables but then they came crawling back to console asking for forgiveness, but by then, most people were already emotionally scarred by the betrayal.
