After a long break, here we go finally~

I present you Racing Miku 2011 Costume!

The hardest part of this costume is to get the translucent gradient to work and making the costume look all latex like. The "skirt" thing was shrunk down to make it fit on Nepgear and with that being shrunk, the barcode like design across the skirt was removed, it would look too messy even if included anyway, but I kept the sigil at the back.

Ok, making positive progress, editing away parts of layers to customize the design to my wishes. I was wondering though, is there a way to select a diagonal section or triangular section? I have been using the rectangle select tool and free select tool to chop away parts of one layer, but I'm trying to do some precision cuts at an angle, and having some trouble finding the right tool for it. Any suggestions on the right tool to use or is there a way to tilt the rectangles?

If you use the free select tool and just click at the points you want, it will make a straight line between those points, whereas if you click and hold, you have to 'draw' the area you want to select. Also, as long as you don't close off the shape, you can go back and adjust the points you designated, so if you made a slight mistake, you can just move the point to where you need it.

And I'm glad you're making some progress. I just finished the Conquest Ending for Mk 2, so I kinda needed some good news. A slight question: Why the hell is the saddest ending in the game the hardest to get? They better not pull something like this in V, or I'm gonna be mad.

Given my love for HN I'm going to play it safe for mk2 and get it all as well. However I am quite broke and haven't been able to afford it all yet, so I keep pushing back playing it a little bit. That is one reason I'm picking this up, to be somewhat involved in mk2 and dampen my overwhelming desire to play it for now.

....I hope you didn't buy all the stuff for the first one, 'cause that would have been expensive, what with the close to 100 dollars worth of DLC for the game. If you want to know the conditions for the Conquest ending, whether to avoid it until you're ready for the heart ache or to get it out of the way first, I can tell you. Oh, and a little tip: All skills gained through a DLC, meaning the additional supermoves for all the human characters, all the coupling skills except for Nepgear's with Uni and Neptune, and all the skills of the two extra characters, accumulate sp, even though they shouldn't.

Yes, I did buy all of the DLC for the first game and yes it was expensive. However I absolutely loved the game, so to me it was a way to show my appreciation for making such a wonderful product. I also used and liked most of it, so it wasn't really that bad. The few things I didn't care much about were just like a tip.

[EDIT 2012.7.1] Cloud of Darkness costume now finished! Even though the original costume comes from a PSP game, I didn't notice a drop in quality once it's uploaded to an HD game. Also, I credited the ripper of the texture I used.

Since I couldn't find a good base for a Wind processor set costume, I decided I might try to recreate the Blast (C) processor from the first game. Only problem is, I need a little bit of help. Can anyone provide some good screenshots of it or something. Also, didn't some one once make a map of how the costume gets slightly distorted when put on Nepgear? I don't quite remember, but if anyone can help out, that would be great.

Oh, God. I forgot that in the first game, each goddess had a different layout of the chest processors. Now I need to decide which one I want to use. >.< Neptune's looks like the one that can be done with the least amount of modifications, but I don't think it will look as good, plus it's got a lot of funky shapes all over it. Noire's looks like it might look the best once turned into a costume for Nepgear, but there are a few things that can't be put on the costume. Vert's is .... well .... there's not exactly much to work with, since the main part covers less than a bikini might and the arms and legs have more things sticking out than Noire's and more funky shapes than Neptune's. Sadly, since the file I'm using to look at the processors is a new game +, I don't have Blanc yet, but I don't think hers will work well, since, to be blunt, her proportions are vastly different from Nepgear's.

Sigh, Vert's might be the easiest to make the main part of the costume for, since some one has already done that, but the designs will be rather difficult. Maybe I should just mix n' match the costumes and use parts from them all? Oh well, in any case, it's going to be a while until I have all these costumes done. DX
