I looked into it just out of curiosity, for starters you'd have to remove all the outlines around each texture after deleting all but the skin layers.

Then you would need to add in the details, which can be hell, and third... why do it when it's just going to be flat? xD

All I did was see how the skin layer was made, so more or less I just messed with texture a bit. Didn't add nothing, since I am not that depraved. LOL

Besides that, it's much more creative, and enjoyable to make colored skins rather than nude. =P

An update...
Not sure if I should continue the circles all the way around, or make them trail off like corrupted data.... having them trail off looks cooler to me, buuuut I have no clue. =/

And don't worry about the rings overlapping stuff, it's on a separate layer, and I am just too lazy to go and fix it right now. More worried about these damned rings more than anything else. <_<
