This, pretty much (except there's no official release in Argentina). Surprised it's an exact match of the Brazillian price though, I guess the PS3s here are imported from there, because I think that our taxes for imported electronic stuff would make it go through the roof (the price goes like 300% of its original price due to taxing for being imported, and then there are lots of extra taxes for it being electronic stuff that have been being added over time...).
None of that overtaxing applies to stuff built locally, but you know, nobody is gonna bother building consoles in South America due to piracy =P (ironically, doing that only helps making things worse because everything becomes much more expensive to get legally)
Now, extra remark, 925 USD for a PS3 may seem crazy, though not that much if you consider its original 800 USD release price worldwide. The problem is that in local currency that's 3700 pesos. Now, your average salary here is 2500-3000 pesos. I don't think I need to explain why nobody would buy a console that expensive...
