Well it really depends on where you live. The one time I preordered from them, I got it a few days after the shipment went out.

If it's of any help, I pre-ordered Ar tonelico III Qoga with the NISA exclusive calendar on their store, and I received it on release date with USPS shipping. The release date also happened to be exactly on my birthday.
