Once someone joined your party, they will get the EXP regardless of anything. Unlike in the first game, all 4 characters in the front line, the 4 on the rear, and even the ones on the reserve list are getting the EXP. Even if they're knocked out in a battle, you don't need to revive them.

Yeah, I think she has one Multi-Hit skill which has 9 Hits and her ulti has 12 but that's it. While Cave has multiple with 15-20.
