Boss rules: this boss will take multiple turns to defeat. Also expect the boss to be overpowered. Be careful with what moves you want to do, or poor neppy may end up in the hospital. Maybe you can find out a way to get around the boss overpowered stats. Go!

Whatever, the "goal" was just a hint to let people know what is going on anyway (not the action to take). Did anybody notice the "current goal" field in the HUD during the game?

I think the most likely route to upping Neptune's stats was the Lowee mushroom... eat it and grow twice your size! ... Or something like that...
