Who's the producer? O.o Oh wit nevermind I found it. Mizuno...did she work on the first game? It says she's "reprising her role" what's that mean?

Yeah she did. I was quite surprised when I heard about her the first time. I remember she was interviewed by nao during her weekly radio segment when the first game came out and she explained in detail why she wanted to work in the games industry.

Also, regarding the Seven Sages or Wise Men, if I recall correctly they're called simply a mysterious organization (謎の組織). By contrast, Magiquone in MK2 was clearly called "criminal organization" (犯罪組織)

If you go by Japan's console market, you still had Nintendo (Famicom - 1983), Sega (SG-1000 - 1983, Master System - 1986, Megadrive - 1988), Sony (MSX - 1983), and NEC (PC Engine - 1987), as well.

Nintendo, Sony, and SEGA would be irrelevant due to us already having Goddesses for them, though. If there were to be 7 sage Goddess enemies, there'd need to be 7 different console-making companies that we don't already have in the 80s.

No. Loli implies a certain youthfulness, maxing out at about mid-teens. You can have a flat chest without being loli.
