Disgaea 4 1.13 update wont download.

I've tried everything so far and I just cant get the 1.13 update to download. It will get to 2%-3% then give me a (80710723) error. Anyone know of any solutions?

Press circle and don't update then. You can play the game unpatched if you want.

There are a lot of different possible sollutions for that error.

1) Plug your controller into the system and restart the system. Then download the patch (this is what ultimately worked for me). Sounds crazy but this can resolve the issue.

2)Turn off Media server connection under network setings.

3) Add your PS3 IP to your routers DMZ The following link has the general steps (your router IP may be different as well as login as password if it is you'll just need to google your routers IP)
