Why isn't Black★Rock Shooter: The Game listed as NISA game?

Enduring the time waiting for the game to come out is difficult, but we can all rejoice once it is, in the awesomeness that is BRS

If no new information still doesn't come out by August (one whole year since its localization announcement), I'm giving up on the game.

It's possibly gotten to the point where they just want to get it out for the sake of getting it out, seeing as they've gone through this much trouble already.
At least, I would want to get it out if I've been forced to not say anything about it for nine months.

There's no website/press stuff for it yet because, as I continually point out, the details are still being worked out and we're not in a position to start pushing it yet.

That's the long and short of it, and since this feels like just another thread to fret and worry that the game isn't coming, I don't see any need to keep it open.
