Mafia Episode V-Endgame-Town Wins

Ok well now that people figured out it can't be another mafia, I guess me staying quiet won't freak out the mafia much. Especially if every one thinks there's a serial killer. The reason 2 people died last night is because I'm a vigilante. However I am no longer a threat to the mafia and that is why I've decided to come out. I used up all my possible action.s. Basically it was my job to try to kill off some mafia during the night, but I have failed you. Damn SJ for trying to align himself with a townie.

But ya I decided to come out because 1. I can't use my powers anymore and am now considered a vanilla townie and 2. the townies really need to start looking for mafia and not worry about a serial killer that isn't there.

So let's look at the people who didn't help us kill off SJ.

1) Vampko
2) Quillbell
3) Bloo
4) Xeras
5) DarkClaymore
7) Ubiquitor
8) Shizuka
9) Jericho

These are the people who are still alive. While we can't rule out that a mafia member didn't vote for SJ, it is likely that one of them at least didn't. So I think we should look at someone who is underlined.

I DID vote for SJ. And I even gave reason to vote for him. Remember, I was sleeping, and I woke up to a lynch lock? This time zones thing is really making me look bad...

Well, then if there's no SK, we are definitely safe from double deaths at least. I was gonna think about how you could still be the SK, but you would be lynched for sure if there was a double death again the next night phase, so that would be completely against the point.

Again, Xeras, why are you assuming we have two doctors? Is this a result of all the role fishing you did?

Interesting...how could you know there was more than one doctor though?

There are only two possibilities that I can think of :
1. You are the Doctor
2. You are mafia

Of course, if you were the SK, that would also make a possibility. Because then you would know that your kill was blocked by a doctor. That doctor likely being bloody. Who is defending herself every night in fear of you.

Although, I am rather newbish at thsi game, so I could be overlooking something pretty important.

I guess if I have to I will role reveal. I am Jade Curtiss from Tales of the Abyss. I am a doctor and I fully intend on protecting Quill during the next night phase.

(And if you want some kind of psuedo confirmation, Necro will usually say that there is no longer any protection at night after the 'doctor' is killed. This is the not case this time.)

And you are right, if I was the serial killer I would come out and say I was the vigilante because then i would be killed next. Also if I had any more powers I wouldn't have said it either as I would be killed next. But I am powerless. The vigilante doesn't get as many kills as everyone else. Though I tried to kill for the greater good of the town, but I fell into SJs trap.

So if we believe that vampko did not vote because he was away, that leaves the other two. And I really do believe Quill at this point, Shiz is a safe bet as he was the first to lead against SJ, and Ubi quietly jumped on before I did.

For some reason Shiz strongly believes Xeras is mafia. He did jump on last, but that could have been because he knew SJ was going to die and was trying to make himself not look suspicious, as it was stated that the people who voted for SJ were likely town.

So my suspicions are still on Vampko, Jericho, Dark and Xeras.

Wasn't he the snarky mage that cast devastating spells? I don't remember him ever acting like a doctor. Tear, yes. Jade, no. But, he was a Necromancer...

I could be wrong, because it's been a while since I played Abyss.

Of course, that could just be Necro's view of things.

Hmm I guess I missed that. Well I should say that we give xeras a chance. Idk why Shiz thinks he's so suspicious, but we can wait and see what the next night holds. If Quill dies or if xeras dies we can see if he was telling the truth or not.

I would recommend against using anything that I may or may not do, especially from the previous game, as evidence of your claim. Remember that the last game was my first time running the show, so I made a rookie mistake in outwardly stating that the innocents no longer could protect themselves when SJ was lynched. I cannot confirm or deny your claim, but do not use past behavior, from my first time as a GM nonetheless, as evidence of conformity therewith in the present situation.

No worries. You can speculate all you want as to whether a GM would put a particular role in the game or the like, as I won't say either way whether any speculation is valid or not.

I don't understand, why are you always so quick to trust Shiz? We did that last game, and look where it got us?

You keep on giving reasons to suspect Shiz, but then you just go and make it like he's innocent.

But, if you truly believe in Shiz's innocence, then we might want to trust him. Xeras' claim as being the doctor, when Jade is known to only have offensive spells (I checked up on it) and the only 'doctor' part of him being akin to Frankenstein, in that he is said to be a necromancer, just seems off to me.

But, that very claim you make, keeps people from suspecting you. And keeps you safe for this day phase.

I really don't think you're the doctor, as Jade could not be considered a doctor in the sense of what a doctor does. Scientists are also called doctors, and they certainly don't have the ability to perform medical operations. Jade does not. Jade blows away enemies with fonic artes.
