The tip got torn off in an accident at work.

Thanks, but its as recovered as gonna get. The accident happened about half a year ago. Trust me, you wouldn't have wanted to see what my finger looked like back in August. It could have been a lot worse, I could have lost both my hands, or all of my fingers.
