The flooding wasn't that bad this time, only a few inches.

It happens a lot, though. Pretty much whenever we get a lot of rain or a hurricane. But most of the buildings are elevated several feet off the ground, so water damage is kept to a minimum. And it's kind of fun to go wading in the streets.

I found the "your room" thread, but Tikok was the only one that posted there. Plus, this isn't my entire room, so I'm afraid I do not qualify. Updated my work area with a lovely framed print. Maybe now I'll change my desktop wallpaper since it's also a huge photo on my left.

It looks so different from above. I'm used to looking up and seeing my figures peering down at me. Looks larger. My bed is to the right, and it's queen-sized for anyone who's interested.

It does look fantastic. Unfortunately, my overhead light is very bright (has no helmet). So there's a bit of a glare. >.>

Loving your desk area; you have so much free space that it just looks so neat. I am quite envious...

lol Thanks. I try to keep it clean and organized. I like to sit in a semi-organized area. The rest of my room isn't so tidy, though.
