My background is the picture of the Disgaea 4 DLC characters. It'll eventually be my PS3 theme as well once it comes over here to America in about 7 months.

I previously did this with the D3 DLC, but I changed the PS3 theme to that free Halloween theme because I could barely see the options due to the picture being white and the options also being white.

I used to be really into making msstyles for XP and Vista, and I had some experience making them for Windows 7 a year or so ago. I might end up changing some other things, making a Neptune inspired theme for the heck of it. xD

Faint purple glow, I wasn't able to change much, I might alter it a bit once I have some good ideas; as long as they are actually possibly to implement. Other than that, nope. xD
