As you can see I am beyond confused, and it was probably the same for you guys, the first time you played.

This. In fact, he normally jumps around wagons more than he has been doing; it's tends to be reaction fishing. The only odd thing I could say I see is not answering questions when they're posed to him.

You should ask those who claim to have seen him make scumslips. To my knowledge, only the claymore reason was given. Nevertheless, if Prinapocalypse turns out to be scum, certain other actions might gain a higher degree of relevance. *glances toward Redhorse's D1 votes*

Adding some pressure to vampko seems like a plan. At this time, the only evidence that vampko is not scum is the fact that I did not die during N1. Unfortunately, that is not quite good enough.
