What we were supposed to realize was that Scan would provide us with all the necessary information despite all past evidence regarding Scan's output. Next we were supposed to use this information to choose the ideal forms. Once in that setup we would have a chance of winning. I imagine that Claymore designed it to be a close battle on the assumption that we would perform this correct strategy.

Anyway, let us deal with the flavour. Implications reveal that there is a final individual of great power in existence. Furthermore, this individual is likely in a nearby coffin. Assistance of any sort is necessary at this juncture. I would say this individual should be Claymore, the "god of games", the only deus-ex-machina capable of overcoming this situation. The only problem is the fact that Pringles used this power to defeat Claymore; does that imply that the remaining power belongs to someone other than Claymore?

Vampko and Empty Overture, let us discuss this final plot issue before I make my next poorly chosen (due to infinite resistances) attack.

Oh and since I am likely going to be absent during this weekend, Vampko may serve as my proxy starting tomorrow. Incidentally, the fact the Shadowzuka has Void Expell probably proves that Expell is Belial's weakness (then again Claymore and misdirection...).

Regarding the Eligor strategy that can no longer come to pass due to our infinite health necessities, I suppose if Shadowzuka would gain fear via low chance when hitting phys resistance, hunt (devil feast) could theoretically pierce through repel phys. But it would be no surprise if Shadowzuka were immune to aliments just like Belial (relevance of previous post).

He had an awkward expression. He avoided eye contact.

EO: "What? Hope my sacrifice won't be in vain? Not sure about winning?"
Vampko didn't reply.



EO: "Don't BS me now. I'd hit you, but you're all already injured anyways..."
He sighed.

EO: "Just don't give up, until the very end. You can never know what will happen."
Ubi: "I believe that we already had our share of luck with this conquering system. And it ran out..."
Vampko: "All we can do is press on... yet the end of this fight is not in sight. At the very least not an end with our victory, nya..."



Vampko: "OUCH! But you said you won't-"
EO: "STFU. You'll be fully recovered after my sacrifice anyway."
Vampko: "........"
EO: "Listen you two! Nothing is decided until it is! So stop pitying yourselves and get your damn act together!"
Vampko: "But-"
EO: "No buts, nor ifs! Just DO IT."
He was trying to beat some courage into them with his words.

Ubi: "When in front of an obvious defeat, the human mind can resist only so much..."
EO: "But you two not even humans-"
He stopped. That line came out of nowhere and he failed to fully comprehend its meaning himself. Was he implying that they are demons, rather than humans? That'd be wrong still, as their minds were not yet stained that much by the demonic nature.

EO: "ANYHOW"
He just brushed it off.

EO: "Just. Fucking. Win this."
His aura began to emit powerful rays.


EO: "Here, I'll show you that ANYTHING can be done when you put your mind into it. I shall become the best sacrifice ever!"
The rays of light stroke Vampko and were absorbed into his body.

Vampko: "NYAAAAAAA!"


Vampko: "I feel... Strength..."
Mental limit was surpassed. New potential has been unlocked.

EO: "Just... win this. Meanwhile, I'll be meeting Mizu on the other side."

He then dissolved into energy and was absorbed in Vampko's body.

EO's data faded...

Vampko felt a surge of power like never before. His health and energy both returned to him.

Ubi: "Amazing determination."
Vampko: "Really makes you feel as if anything can be done."
Ubi: "Yes..."
His eyes laid on the coffin nearby Belial.

Ubi: His weakness or his last resort?
He could notice the knocking in the coffin getting stronger, as if someone tries to get out of it.

Ubi: "I see... We could attempt to force it open."
Vampko: "What? The coffin?"
Ubi: "Positive. Whatever lies inside, it's clearly not a thing he desires us to make contact with."
Vampko: "You got a plan?"
Ubi: "I ALWAYS got a plan"

Ubi: "Here goes nothing"
He charged at Belial

"The strategist taking the front? You must feel beyond desperate."
Ubi ignored the words and simply kept on running forward.


He sent several swift punches at Belial.

"You sure can punch when you want."
He planned to counter attack with fire.

Ubi: "The time is now!"
Vampko: "Right there, nya!"



Using his top notch agility, Vampko charged at Ubi and pushed him away.
Once Belial finally fired his attack, it hit Vampko, whose form grants him resistance to fire.

"Curse it..."
The push Vampko gave Ubi, granted him a good initial velocity to quickly approach the coffin.


Without thinking twice, he forced it open.




Ubi: "No way... Claymore...?"


Inside the coffin, was laying a person they all knew well - Claymore. He was tied up and his mouth was sealed.

Claymore: "...! ...!"
He really wanted to say something, yet the seal on his mouth forbid it.

Ubi: "The hell is...?"
He took off the seal around Claymore's mouth.

Claymore: "OUCH!"
And it quite hurt...

Claymore: "Ubi, listen. The soul conquering system comes with a price. It's as you likely deduced by now. Only when a single individual takes over it-"


Ubi was suddenly punched from the side and pushed far from the coffin.

Claymore: "Belial! Stop this madness-"
"Shut up."
He put a hand on Claymore's mouth. Then, he warped it back with the sealing paper.

"You have no right to interfere here. This is my personal matter."


"...!"
A hostile feeling from behind. A surprise attack.

"Damn...!"
He turned around and pierced the attacker.



Vampko: "UBI!!!"


Ubi: "You have lost, Belial."
Despite critically bleeding and feeling immense pain, he managed to smile.

Ubi: "The moment you kill me, Vampko will remain the sole user of the Soul Conquering system. That is when its true potential shall be unlocked. As at the end, there should be standing a sole conquer..."
He slowly turned his head toward Vampko.

Ubi: "The rest... is up to you."
He closed his eyes.

He then fell on the ground...


Ubi (Ukobach) committed a kamikaze on the Final Turn

Suddenly, rays of data began to shine from the dead body.
The data was shot in Vampko's direction and landed near him.


Shining in multiple colors, Ubi was standing by Vampko's side.

Ubi: "Recompose yourself. I'm still here with you."


Vampko: "Okay..."
He wiped his tears and stood up.


"True potential you say? Then I shall eliminate you before that comes into fruition!"
He charged with all his might toward Vampko. With his unrivaled speed, avoiding was not an option.


Vampko: "AHHHHHHHHHH!"
He could do nothing but to scream and close his eyes in fear.

Vampko: "Huh...?"
He opened his eyes to check why the attack didn't reach him.

"S'up bro?"


BGM: Battle of the Brave

Vampko: "You...?"


Greg: "Seems like you're in a pinch yo"



Reina: "Thought perhaps you'd like us to lend you a hand~"


Nemu: "We can totally take down that guy for you."




Vampko: "Yes, please... I need all the help I can get..."
Ubi: "Seems like the true potential of this system is even beyond what I expected... With this, victory should be feasible."

Evolution
A Mob ally can be evolved once into a stronger demon. The following are the advantages of evolving a Mob:
1) Mob gets a stronger overall strength, including affinities and commands
2) Full HP & SP recovery to Mob
3) Mob will have 75% to listen to your orders instead of 50%
4) There are no disadvantages!

He closed his eyes out of fear.
