Hard to say, cause those angels sounded to me more like NPC game mechanic/consort type things, like since he apparently wasn't supposed to be killing them. But it is defs an idea that could come up. o:

Another quick thing, Calliope (I don't think I mentioned it, but that is like the coolest/best/most appropriate name ever, wow) said she never specifically said she was a troll. But a lot of what she said can now be applied to this new species, probably: angels might have different blood colors, ancestors, quirks, a weird way of reproducing and whatever else they both have claimed to have. On the other hand, some things we can rule out: they never mentioned having a lusus, etc. I wonder why they live apart as a species though? Does the being lonely, violent, demonic angels remind anyone else of a certain species in Dr. Who? ;33

And adding on to the Lord English = older uu idea, LE has red cheeks. :33 But if that ends up being true, than that would mean uu takes over UU or something in the end. So now I kinda hope my theory sucks. But then again, when they finally face English, that could lead to some kind of emotional showdown. Like if they remember to say her name or something deux ex machina-y. But even then, that would mean they have to defeat LE, so still said.
edit: Also, Calliope contains "Cal". And she's got a British accent. In other words... she's English.

Also, Scratch's gun holster, what looks like Rose's big green book, and an ATH manual are all in the room. There are green candy things as well as red steaks on the floor (I don't get that part).
I have never actually watched a Saw movie all the way through because horror movies bore me. But in one of them there were two guys chained to opposite ends of the room, and at the end one of them saws his foot off to escape (and LE is missing one of his legs) and the other dies. And we can only see one half of their room right now. So if the thing with them being the same person turns out to be wrong, then their relationship might just involve them not being able to be awake at the same time or something (maybe because of some elaborate puzzle/saw type of thing??), and uu is sleeping at the other end of the room.
Also, it's looking like uu might be calmasis, while UU is zazzerpan (calliope). Then they'd both have names related to Cal. Zazzerpan never lost at chess, but calmasis pulled a trick to keep going even after the king died (like the trick uu pulled on UU, who never loses at chess).
