Oftentimes, it's hard for me to imagine how some people will pronounce the names since I'm so used to the Japanese way of pronouncing things.

Chou-Chou has a higher level/damage cap, though. Neptune needs Nepgear just to break her normal limit.

You know some reviews are going to review it based solely on the ecchi fan service and ignore the rest of the game

Or something? o.O Of course, reviews of this game are utterly meaningless to me (although there was that one early review of the Japanese version - they seemed to like the game a lot). I've already decided that I'm going to get this game, and definitely the Limited Edition if NISA offers one (they almost certainly will, judging by previous releases). So... yeah.

Honestly, I think some parts of the gaming community are starting to move away from reviews in general. o.O I mean, lots of people seem to have a pretty good idea of what they want, and since many review sites seem to judge against games for really silly reasons, well...

To be fair, SPP pretty much had that coming. I mean, the gameplay mechanic has the princess changing her mood spontaneously. Like she's going through a... you know... moment. Should have used elementals instead since that's basically what they are. Although I guess that wouldn't be as funny.
