Everyone's entitled to their opinion. o wo I'm not going to worry about it.

...

Unless they make so much of a fuss that I feel obligated to report the post, but whatever. XD Hopefully we won't get that far.

So Red, has your main team changed at all now due to what we found out?

I know I'm still gonna use Chou-Chou, Dees, Soul, Shirogane, Ryuto, Altis, and Tsukika at some point, but anything after that is left up in the air now that we know

I still haven't picked a favorite Chou-Chou form, I'll have to see who they're voice by, and most of all, their personality :P

Chou Chou, Altis, Ryuto and Soul for me. I usually stick to who seem to be the main focus.

That depends on exactly how their personalities match up, I guess... I might end up switching around a lot based on the kinds of enemies in each area.

And the massive roster actually kind of makes sense now; they have characters that match up with Chou-Chou's various personalities. XD I'll probably settle into something later... but unless the drawback's big, I don't plan to change my favorites much.

I'm starting to think all those female VAs that hang with Christina V may fill all of Chou Chou's personalities. aka, The entire cast of HDN mk2. Which is probably good.

I will support Mugen Souls, but I completely understand people who refuses given these changes.

And this is ultimately my stance on the censoring. I'm not going to stage a campaign to bomb the game on Metacritic or anything, I just won't buy it to vote with my wallet and say that censorship will not be tolerated in the hopes that it doesn't spread to other games that NISA publishes. Ideally, there will be enough people that agree with me so that the game does not sell well and NISA will have to rethink their practices. That's not likely to happen but if no one speaks out on the issue it will never get addressed. I'm pretty sure at this point they have heard from the people that agree with me on censorship but have already set their minds up with what is happening with the game. It's all going to come down to the sales I suppose.

I've got nothing but love for the company as a whole because they translate lots of games I would never get to play otherwise but in this case I must make a stand.

Also, drawings are not people. Vert from Neptunia can't give consent anymore than ChouChou from Mugen Souls can. Vert is also neither older nor younger than ChouChou. They are colors and lines on a screen.

I fully agree with you, but just to play devil's advocate... How would you go about explaining that to a bunch of old, white men on a ratings committee that don't know shit about anime?

The ESRB is not the MPAA. I don't want to go into politics but the MPAA is a corrupt organization that gives preferential treatment to larger studios and is largely biased. The ESRB on the other hand has never given me any reason to doubt their ratings that they assign games. I'm sure most developers would agree. They likely submit their game with a specific rating in mind and probably nail that 95% of the time.

Also, it's been disputed and upheld in court several times that drawings are not people... at least in the USA. In other countries the Coppertone sunscreen girl could land you in prison.

Once again, this is not the place to discuss the treatment of underage girls, whether real or fictional.

Please keep that in mind.

I agree the constant return to that topic is getting old~

Anyways all this talk has gotten me to drop Meruru for a lil and go back to Mugen Souls

Questions:
How many characters can you actually take into battle?
Can you move your characters around during battle? (In other words, is this more like Meruru, Disgaea, or some hybrid mix of the two?)
Is there any (good) video of the character creation process?

Four (plus four back row, and I believe swapping is allowed).

Yes (the angles are important, I believe, for the pinball).
