Well, I edited the TV Tropes page to use the official names, and new entries use NISA's version, so I suppose someone's seen 'em.

But... yeah. Gotta admit, I'm looking forward to this one. XD The Witch seems like fun. And also Disgaea 5 DLC, but that's secondary.

All this is quoted by burnfist on cyberdance

Most of it restates what previous articles have said, but there are a couple of new tidbits that I don't remember or may have been mentioned but not cleared up.

* Metallica is apparently a Swamp Witch and she's been fighting the Forest Witch for hundreds of years.
* The game may have some kind of Karma system. It says that as you go through the game, you can choose to help the NPCs along the way or pillage and plunder. Supposedly, the ultimate goal is to restore peace and stability whether it's by helping those in need or taking what you want and killing everyone in sight (As Thumbnail Theater!Vulcanus says "Dead people are pretty peaceful"). Chances are, this will lead to multiple endings.
* Initially, a stage will be covered in a "fog of war". Exploration rewards you with new villages, dungeons, or secret passageways. Also in the stage is your enemy's HQ, which is held up by magic pillars. Your goal is to destroy these pillars. There is a main pillar among those pillars that is protected by the boss.

This really sounds like an ambitious title. I really hope this game does really well cuz it sounds the Prinny team is putting a lot of effort into it (And probably why it's being delayed).

Most of that stuff has actually been known for some time...but yes, it's ambitious for NIS at least

Yeah, I vaguely remembered a few things since it's been awhile since we've gotten any new info and I just found it in gameinformer. I don't exactly remember the pillars being mentioned in anything I've seen.

So...I'm curious if the Amazon.jp covers are going to be the official ones or not. I am really liking the standard edition cover myself, hot!

I'm pretty sure the second one will be official and the LE its probably the box art that all the little goodies come with.

Also most of the LE have the normal cover within the LE

MY GOD WHEN ARE WE GOING TO GET NEW INFO!

Must of been some major changes if they delayed it this long

I'm sure we'll have some news whenever they're ready to tell us something. ^^ I haven't heard about NISA pushing its own release back, so there's probably nothing to worry about just yet.

At this rate, it'll probably just be the 2 versions being released very close to each other

Though seriously, if this releases close to Xillia, I'm gonna cry

I don't mind the wait especially if it helps increase the quality but I have a feeling it has more to do than just quality maybe they are going to respond to the idea that people wanna see Metallica more in the game play :D

The official site update something very small but and least its still showing signs of life xD

It has somthing to do with a comic of the game by Champion RED

Example http://www.akitashoten.co.jp/magazine/d ... g_id/3254/

Also dug up some information of some other character named Shimobe

Metallica looks rather...chubby >-< It's kind of sad that Harada doesn't do the art for all the manga tie-ins for N1's games and it's even sadder that those tie-ins don't get English releases. Ah well, that's life.

^Well, to be fair, if Harada drew it she'd look like you could snap her limbs with your hands as if they're twigs. ;)
