A Better form of Thanking Customers

Postby Memor-X » Fri Jan 08, 2016 12:14 pm

As a way to thank our store customers, we are giving away items from the exclusive The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel FAN PACK free-of-charge with pre-orders of the The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel LAUNCH EDITION. The earlier you pre-order, the more FREE items you shall receive.

http://store.nisaeurope.com/collections ... ch-edition

This is some way of thanking customers, especially PAL customers who have already been screwed over. you announce Posters, CD and Post Cards for the pre-order in one email then on release day you then say "oh but you'll only get all if this stuff if you order the moment it's live and if your our first ### customers"

Was there a release of a previous game of this series that the Limited Edition sold out in a day like Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 3 that set a precedent for people who really wanted the game to sit and wait? not to mention with PAL customers includes Australian customers and 12PM BST is 11PM EST - 2 AM WST.

This just adds to the list of things that's stuffed PAL customers

  • We can no longer buy NISA exclusive Merchandise like Wall Scrolls or Neptunia Shirts/Plushies
  • We don't get all the Limited Editions, instead some get passed over because we have digital releases despite Idea Factory showing how you can have a Limited Edition with a download key http://store.iffyseurope.com/collection ... -steam-key
  • We have to use Right Stuff for buying anime. nothing wrong with Right Stuff but we can't accumulate the reward points US customers can

I really hope NISA gets their act together because more and more i am only relaying on them for localization and limited editions which isn't a good thing because once i learn Japanese then i can get these strait from Japan
Vivio: Yay, Feito-mama and Nanoha-mana made love, properly too this time
Nanoha: Vivio dear, what gives you that idea
Vivio: Aunty Hayate said you'd yell out like when i yell out replying "I'm Coming!" to you
Nanoha: Ha-ya-TEEEE!

The most practical and sensible yet sadly most underrated solution.

Interesting, the US launch edition didn't come with a poster, postcards, or a soundtrack. Lucky in a way.

Costly and time-consuming too, though realistic as well.

Time consuming, perhaps. Costly, no.

There are more than enough resources on the internet that it doesn't have to cost you a penny anymore.

Anyone that has time to wine about games in a forum has time to learn Japanese.
