Costume DLC for Atelier Meruru

Postby lilliwn » Fri May 25, 2012 5:27 pm

Hi,

I noticed they are not included in the Atelier Meruru DLC Schedule released today...

I'm not sure if NISA is aware of its existence, but,
Atelier Meruru had DLCs that let you change Meruru into Rorona and Totori's costumes.

external links:
Totori costume for Meruru:

Rorona costume for Meruru:

I think these are pretty important and many people would buy them if released as DLC.

Can we have these available in the localization too please
Either as PSN DLCs or promo codes for those pre-ordered the limited edition or an update patch to let them be unlockable in game? (or whichever other way that would work will be great...)

Pretty please?

Was this DLC part of a Promo in Japan?
If yes, then I fear we may never see them, since 2 DLC for MK-2 neither was release in US or EU, because of that.

If I remember correctly, wasn't this like a code that was in the Dengeki Playstation magazine?

Well maybe if you wish for it on Pram's wish list it could happen if they decide not to do it?

As these were part of a Japanese cross-company promotion, there is currently no plan, as far as I know, to release it here (very likely for contractual reasons). I'll look into it further, but I think this is one of those 'beyond our control' type of things.

Oh... That's unfortunate news. I do hope we can get them somehow! It always sucks to not see some things come over at all, like some of the Graces DLC costumes. :(

Some of the Graces DLC costumes were, and they eventually ended up buyable. We didn't get all of them, though.
Waiting on the other mk2 avatars.

Uh, nope. That was the Destiny/Destiny 2 costumes and those were obviously available in some form. I said it sucks for some things to not come over at all. Like Sophie's Miku costume, and those Code Geass costumes. :o

I don't think those are available for sale at all actually. I just double checked on PSN, and they're not on there! Anywho, sorry for off-topicness.

My mistake. They added other costumes that do the same thing, some from the same game. That's where I got confused.

any updates on this Houk? :(

I believe the costumes and the interface for loading them is already on disc as well....
So NISA just has to put a unlock code on psn...i think...

it would be really really nice if NISA can make this happen...

The update is that it's as I suspected, and we won't be able to release it here.

Thanks for the reply Houk.

Did you speak with someone that might decide on this one way or another?
I'm just wondering what was the exact reason that they told you, of why we can't release it here.

thanks...
