PS3 titles ain't really a problem, since PS3 can have install more than 1 account, which make enable use of US DLC on EU account.

Sadly this is one of the flaw in Vita design.

Exactly...the perfect LE has an artbook and a soundtrack, and an optional trinket imo, so this is fine since it has 2/3
