I watched a guide of the fight on YouTube and I saw that the guy had much better stats than me. I'm seriously underpowered. I already know about that strategy.

It's not about stats, that's not how those battles work. You're meant to just scrape through anyway.
About the only thing you can give yourself an edge with is by having slightly more survivability, which can be done through equipment or an aegisol if you really need it.
A fortisol may also help for the haste.

Yeah, you're going to struggle to get more shrouds seeing as you can't buy them.
Although these are the kind of fights you're meant to save them for!
Just have to make do without, which I did, just takes some perseverance.

Come to think of it I think I've lost the will to play this game even if they did bring out more dlc I don't know if I'm going to buy them

I've already beaten it, and I'm usually done with gameds when I beat the main story.

Same here. Though for Tales of Graces f, I just skip the scenes I already seen, then watch the ones I unlocked in that new playthrough. I mostly play a game like that for the second time if I love the gameplay.

I did it easy on my 1st playthrough but I had everyone's Crystariums maxed as far as they would go so far.

Having trouble with the normal enemies?

Spoiler:

The fish are a nightmare, so I'm guessing you're struggling with those, best bet I found is use Matador (RAV/SEN/SAB) or Dirty Fighting (COM/SEN/SAB) until you've dispelled all their buffs then you can focus on picking them off one by one.
Of course Dispelga works too if you don't mind using the TP for it.

Yeah, my Crystariums are not maxed out. Not by a long shot. It doesn't help that it's so demanding at this point and I can only grind on one Rust Pudding that yields roughly over 1000 CPs.
