I'm planning to buy a 3DS on my birthday. If I end up with one, I'll definitely buy the 3DS version. I own the PS2 version, but ended up not playing it past the first half of the game.

Ehhhhh I don't know about this news. Wasn't Vesperia PS3 listed in the Power up rewards at some point?

Are there any changes to the game? Upgrades? Or is it just the PS2 version on the 3DS?

Well, those are on the rumors side of the news. Abyss 3D and Graces F are the only ones "announced" so far.

And you'll find all the answers for your questions on the third link, Lordryo. There's a good interview explaining a few points on Abyss 3D.
