Considering we have Leixia and Natsu in, I wouldn't be surprised if they are full replacements.
I don't believe anything has been said about Amy, but hopefully she's more than a glorified custom character like she was in four.

Nah, she's expy for SC2 Raphael. SInce Raph has some changes that many fans didn't quite like (teleport >_>)
