This team is fortunate to even get ONLINE PLAY 4 players co-op AND multiplatform release on PS3 and Vita (not cross platform, but still online multiplayer on each platform.)

That's a whole lot more than Marvelous AQL got for their Shinovi Versus release, and AQL is already on their 3rd Senran Kagura game and this team barely is finishing the first Dragon's Crown.

There are a lot of indie developers that would gag a goose for that much resource and publisher support
(even as little as it may seem in the grand industry, the Dragon's Crown team made more breakthroughs than most small developers.)

I wanted to be part of this game's testing team, but I was moved to another project :|
And since I don't own consoles, I guess I won't get to play it this August either :(

There's overkill and then there's the Amazon from DC.

The Sorceress's assets are big but whatever its nothing I don't mind to much, but the Amazon man.... that's just something beyond ridiculous. I don't think the Amazon is something even the LSD trippers could come up with on a good trip.

Yeah, but Melvia managed to carry an axe just as big (if not bigger) than her. But that was also fairly unrealistic and I wasn't that big of a fan of her.

http://www.the-magicbox.com/1305/game130514b2.shtml

Sounds like they learned a thing or two from Castlevania Harmony of Despair, which
has several voiced emotes to choose from during gameplay, though Dragon's Crown
takes things further with emote customization (or maybe less emotes you can use
during gameplay, but you can probably equip and select from more kinds of messages)

Yea same class choice and color customization is looking great.

That woman in the first page is probably the "Syn" of Dragon's Crown.

if that menu is the shop screen, that looks underwhelming compared to
D&D Tower of Doom and Shadow over Mystara shop screens.

but maybe they used that format because Dragon's Crown has tons more equipment.

the Cards might be stat boosters or something.

This demo shows multiplayer. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cK-darXb ... page#t=95s Also there is rumor there will be PVP mode and a infinite dungeon with random generated areas or something.

It's sad that an Atlus employee confirmed that there'll be no cross-play between the Vita and PS3 versions.
