Bravely Default: Flying Fairy (3DS)

A place for everybody to talk about anything game-related.

Now that you mention it I am starting to remember a lot references to games calling the hero, the hero of light etc. Zelda comes to mind in that regard. Perhaps this game isn't nearly as related to FF as I was thinking lol.

Hmm wasn't Twilight Princess using hero of light? or maybe I was just remembering it wrong because there was a lot of light versus darkness in that one.

^ In Star Ocean 2, Rena thought Claude was the "Hero of Light" (because she saw him use his laser gun) before he corrected her later. So yeah, hero/warrior of light isn't exactly unique to Final Fantasy.

If this really is sort of a "spiritual sequel" to 4 Heroes of Light, I hope it retains the same feeling that the first half of that game did -- a light-hearted adventure.

Ah yes hero of twilight, close enough I'd say to be an example and Star Ocean 2! I can't believe I forgot that. I just played the start of it a few months ago and I forgot already.
