But I thought Gust was the sole developer for all of them with the exception of Qoga where it was with Banpresto. I gathered that publishers play no part in rights (which I thought was Bandai's only role, unless they own Banpresto, which I admit, I don't know anything about that so I am ignorant about that issue)? That said, Banpresto did develop Qoga, but just because of that, they don't own rights to the entire series, do they? I'm honestly asking this, not disputing anything. Because the theory of them wanting to use the world but having to tip-toe around copyrighted names would make sense too...
