You're saying the other two big publishers aren't supporting 'hardcore' gaming as much as Nintendo?
Don't even go there, really, I don't even want to start to point how flawed that comparison is.

*ah-hem* Ignoring all the Nintendo-Stealth rants, here's a question I'm curious on:
What do you think Square will have to show?

Honestly, I have no idea... I would say "well, there's not much they haven't already announced in Japan", but then I remembered that E3 was where they announced worldwide FFXIII-2. I mean, I'm looking at their Wiki page for upcoming game titles, and they really don't have alot. Maybe a DQX localization, but would that be SEA, or Nintendo doing that one? Also, most of the games on the list, are all Eidos titles!
Theatrhythm I don't see being anymore than a demo, since it'll be coming out a month later... I REALLY doubt we will hear anything on Versus, especially before Japan...
*scratches head* Maybe just some FFX HD updates?

I'm really hoping there will be SOMETHING shown about Versus. I'd assume Nintendo would be showing DQX, since they've localized the last few games; it's also pretty likely that only the Wii U version will make it over. I don't think much (or any) of the Wii U version has been shown, so I don't know if it will even be present.

I'd love for Square to surprise everyone with a new TWEWY game. :D

Hmmm I'm not sure if NoA will do it for both systems or just Wii U... I'm thinking we won't see it for a while. Especially if they need to work out the paid subscription thing. Wasn't Monster Hunter Tri a paid service in Japan? Still, if it is paid here, I'd just play single player/offline mode. I'm pretty sure they said there would be one.

And yeah I'm sure we will hear about TWEWY, with the hinting being made currently. 3DS I'm sure. I noticed lots of people on other sites comment and get all sad saying "can't buy it, don't have a 3DS" -_- I know the economy is tough right now, but it sounds like alot are kids that had a DS as their first handheld, and don't know what it's like to upgrade/see the other system get discontinued and have games stop getting made for it.
I'm just... tired of idiots saying "NO! Make it for DS because that's all I have!!"...

Yeah, that is pretty silly. :P DS is on it's way out; I'd be surprised to see any more major DS releases after B/W2 (which in itself was very surprising to me). I'd imagine that a TWEWY sequel would be 3DS exclusive.

About DQX; I remember hearing that there was a single player mode, but the focus was going to be on the online component.

I'm not expecting Type-0 personally; I think big publishers like Square-Enix are finished with PSP. Though it might release as a PSN download.

I've learned recently, 'good' when spoken by American PR, usually amounts to stuff I couldn't care less about.

It's a wait and see situation with the Wii U for most people, so let's leave it at that. I personally know that I'll like the showing, just because of Pikmin 3.

You know what I'd love to see at E3? A Monster Hunter 3G localization! Some guy at Capcom has been hinting at it for a while now, so maybe it'll be brought over.

I'm not sure why that makes things any different.

The type of games I get excited for are JRPGs, anime-style games, anime games, and cute games. Sometimes there are exceptions like Dragon's Dogma/Demon's Souls. But, they're pretty rare.

I'm pretty sure I've got little to be 'keeping an eye out' for.

This is also why E3 tends to be underwhelming for me, and even TGS

OH, and I love scary games.
