Well, thinking about the physics... if we assume that the glass of milk was cold, she would have to be very hot to provide enough temperature difference to phase change the glass fast enough to explode. Depending on the quality of the glass, I would say that 400 degrees F would be enough to do it on contact if the milk was somewhere around 40.
